Greg heads our New Jersey offices and has over twenty two years of experience in all facets of civil litigation, defense litigation, insurance litigation, corporate litigation, commercial litigation and transactional law. He has been continuously admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States of America since 1998, the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1993, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2003, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 1993, the Supreme Court of the State of New York since 1994, the United States District Court, Southern District of New York since 2000 and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York since 2000.
Greg founded his law practice in 1993 as a sole proprietor and has built the practice into one of the largest in his region, serving a wide variety of global and domestic corporations and individuals. Greg was a Ford Foundation Scholar at Rutgers School of Law (Camden) where he achieved an International Law Honors Certificate. After law school Greg accepted an invitation from the Austrian government to teach U.S. law to students and professors in Austria and middle Europe, where he helped to conform the laws of several nations to the Treaty of Rome in preparation for their ascension into the European Union. In 2000, Business News of New Jersey recognized Greg as one of the 40 Top Business People under 40 years old. Greg is a former Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and past President of the Young Lawyers Division.
Greg was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree by Rutgers University School of Law (Camden) in 1992. He took top honors for oral argument at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He was a Ford Foundation Scholar and graduated at the top of the International Law Honors Certificate Program. He was awarded a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Lehigh University in 1987 with a major in International Relations and minors in Psychology, Philosophy, Government, and East Asian Studies.
Greg is a three-term Councilman and Municipal Chairman in Cresskill, New Jersey. He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Bergen County Bar Association.
