With more than twenty years of experience as a trial lawyer and over thirty jury verdicts in all aspects of personal injury litigation including automobile accidents, construction accidents under the New York State Labor Law, premises liability, medical malpractice, and intentional torts, Stephen brings a breadth of knowledge to the courtroom. Further, having taken verdicts in fifteen different counties from Suffolk to Otsego, and from Richmond to Albany he is not a stranger to courtrooms anywhere in lower New York.
Barry was a senior trial attorney for a mid-sized firm in White Plains concentrating in insurance defense. Before that he was with staff counsel offices for a number of major insurance carriers including Travelers, AIG, and Zurich. In his career, in addition to his jury verdicts he has argued and briefed over a dozen appeals to the Appellate Divisions of the New York State Supreme Court and conducted hundreds of depositions.
